Sharpening Solutions Hawaii provides professional knife sharpening, garden tool sharpening, and scissor sharpening services. All services are provided at our discretion and subject to availability.

Service Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse service on any item we determine to be unsafe to sharpen or beyond reasonable repair.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or weakness in blades or tools that may become apparent during or after the sharpening process.
Extremely worn, damaged, or low-quality blades may not achieve the same results as higher-quality tools.

Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are provided upon inspection of the items to be sharpened. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on the condition, type, and complexity of the item. Payment is due upon completion of services.

Liability

While we take the utmost care with every item entrusted to us, Sharpening Solutions Hawaii shall not be held liable for:

Damage to items that have pre-existing structural weaknesses or defects
Injuries resulting from the use of sharpened tools or blades
Loss or damage due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Unclaimed Items

Items left for sharpening must be picked up within 30 days of notification that the service is complete. After 30 days, we will attempt to contact you. Items not claimed within 60 days may be considered abandoned.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
Interfere with or disrupt the website or its servers
Submit false or misleading information through any forms
